Mike O’Connell is a speaker, coach, and writer with a passion for helping people unlock their potential and lead with purpose. With over ten years of experience, he’s helped thousands of leaders find clarity, overcome fear, and pursue their calling with confidence.

Known for blending practical tools with emotional insight, Mike equips leaders to grow not just in what they do, but in who they are. His work has empowered individuals and teams to move forward with boldness and resilience.
